Hello, I'm Kata.

For more than 15 years I've turned complex, constrained problems into digital products people actually use. I started as an automation and robotics engineer, became a UX lead at Interone, where I worked on BMW Group products and led a team of five designers, and since then I've led product incubation and strategy for E.ON, Voith, Deutsche Telekom and Springer Nature.

My sweet spot is the messy start: an idea with potential, a team without a clear direction, and a domain where the technology is only half the problem. I bring structure, evidence and one direction everyone can commit to.

I also co-founded Human Future Hub, a Berlin social startup that teaches responsible AI use. Since 2025 it's where I've run go-to-market and growth hands-on: building an audience from zero with no paid spend, and taking our first course product to paying institutions.
